Does your students or children need hands on learning outdoor experience? Grow Project 2013 is a community effort to help feed insecure families around MonmouthCounty. Our gardens are 100% organic and are maintained by adult and student volunteers eager to learn about their local food source.

Hands on gardening are the perfect way for your kids to get outside and get their hands dirty!!! Our student volunteers are guided by Master Gardeners while they plant, tend, and harvest fresh organic produce; reap the reward of helping others by feeding local food insecure families; and enjoy the beautiful natural setting of the garden. The students learn about the growth of their vegetable food source to incorporate into their daily nutrition as they increase awareness for the prevention of childhood obesity.
